5x5 Series: Day 4

On those cold days when you're stuck inside studying, try this easy recipe for chicken soup.

Ingredients


  • 2 red potatoes, cut into cubes
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
  • 1-8 oz can chicken broth
  • 1/2 head of cauliflower


Directions


  1. Bring 1 cup of water and 1 can of chicken broth to boil in medium size pot. Lower heat. Add potatos and carrots, and cover pot. Cook until potatoes and carrots are soft.
  2. Add chicken and cauliflower. Cover pot and cook for 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked thouroughly.
  3. Add cooked noodles if desired.
  4. Enjoy!
