5x5 Series: Day 5... Finally!

Our last entry for this series is great if you're looking for dinner for 2 or fun finger food for a summer party.

Teriyaki Chicken Tenders

Ingredients:


  1. 2 boneless skinless chicken tenders, cut into bite sized cubes
  2. Teriyaki sauce
  3. Vegetables: red bell peppers, zucchini, onions cut into cubes
  4. Bamboo skewers
Directions:


  1. Cut chicken and vegetables into bit sized cubes.
  2. Slide chicken and vegetables onto bamboo skewers, alternating.
  3. Brush teriyaki sauce over skewers.
  4. Grill on medium heat for 10-15 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
  5. Enjoy!
