5x5 Series: Day 3

Easy, breezy! Try this recipe for California Style Lemon Pepper Chicken.

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon McCormick California Style Lemon Pepper with Garlic & Onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pound thinly sliced boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons butter


Directions:

  1. Mix flour, season and salt in shallow dish. Moisten chicken lightly with water. Coat chicken lightly with flour mixture.
  2. Melt butter in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add half of the chicken. 
  3. Cook 5 minutes or until lightly browned and cooked through, turning once. Reheat with remaining chicken.
  4. Enjoy!
